Get the look, Katy Perry Grammy Awards 2013

The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards - Red Carpet

This weekend saw many red carpet looks that were great, and some that were not so good, but we won’t focus on those! One that really stands out for me was Katy Perry at the Grammy’s last night. She normally goes for high drama looks and this year it was so pared back and beautiful, I really loved it! And the best new is that her look was created by Rimmel London!

Her Makeup Artist, Jake Bailey began by using Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Eyeliner in Black to define her lashline and then Rimmel Glameyes Trio Eye Shadow in Orion to contour them and finally finished off the eyes with a rich coat of Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara in Black.

Jake then perfected Katy Perry’s skin by mixing Rimmel BB Cream in Light with Rimmel’s Match Perfection Foundation in Ivory. The BB cream makes the foundation sheer and really had Katy’s skin glowing for the red carpet! To warm up Katy’s face he then added the finishing touch of Rimmel Lasting Finish Blush in Pink Rose on the apple of her cheeks to warm her complexion.

Katy’s whole look was completed by lining her lips with Rimmel Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Liner in Tiramisu and an application of Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick by Kate Moss in #003. All of these products are available nationwide and will not cost the earth!

Katy was dressed from head-to-toe in Gucci. So have a go at Katy’s ‘London Look’ from The Grammys.
