Old Hollywood Glamour really was alive and well at this year’s Golden Globes. Allison Williams went with old-Hollywood Glamour but her makeup look was given a modern twist by makeup artist Gianpaolo Ceciliato. He achieved this seamlessly with a bold smoky eye and nudeish lip. To create this flawless look Gianpaolo used Giorgio Armani Crema Nera Extrema to really create a wonderfully hydrated base. Then he used Giorgio Armani Maestro Foundation in #5 and #5.5, my favourite Maestro foundation is the compact version, it suits all skin types where as the fluid is amazingon you skin if you don’t have any dry patches. To create the gorgeous sheen he used Fluid Sheer in #11. On Allison’s eyes Gianpaolo used Giorgio Armani Smooth Silk Eye Pencil in #4, these pencils feel as soft as butter, blend amazingly well and do not move once applied! Giorgio Armani Eye Tint in #1 and #7, I apply these with fingers all the time, just perfect on their own for a simple yet beautiful look. Then Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill Quad in #11 was used to create the smouldering smokey eye. Lancôme’s Grandiose Mascara was used and Giorgio Armani Eye & Brow Maestro in #2 on the brows.
