Here’s the look from today’s shoot for Xposé Magazine. Emily Quinn was behind the camera, playing a blinder as usual. Joe Hayes was on hair, I’ve know Joe for about 200 years and it’s always a huge laugh getting to hang out with him and the fabulous Izzy’s Mum Grace Moore was super styling! So basically we all got to hang out, laugh and create some beautiful work while we were at it! The issue is not out until March 20th, it will be worth the wait!
For this look I used all Bobbi Brown products. I even got to try out their brand new super secret product , I’m not even allowed to say its name. All I’m allowed say is it’s called their Super Sectet Serum and its it’s amazing!
On Carrie-Ann’s eyes I used a new shade of Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick in Goldstone which is a beautiful mid brown tone with soft flecks of gold. I blended it in with my fingers to create a really soft look. What I really love about these is that once you blend them they do not move, no crease line, magic! Then under Carrie-Ann’s eyes I used a strong reddish blusher to create a bit of interesting colour contrast, I kept the shape really simple but the use of strong colour gives it a cooler edge.
Then on the for blush I used a mix of the new Brightening Brick, which is a less sparkly Shimmer Brick, and their Face and Body Bronzing Duo, which has a beautiful pink undertone. I created a fresh youthful look with the blusher blended up towards the temple.
And then for Carrie-Ann’s lip I used a selection of products throughout the day. Starting with one of Bobbi’s incredible nude shade, she really does the best nudes! And then as the day went on I added colour, using their beautiful Art Sticks, which are huge pencil shaped lippy’s and one of my favourite lippy’s to come to the market in the past year. Then I groomed Carrie-Ann’s brows with Bobbi Brown’s brand spanking new brow pencil, which is great too!
